Main duties :
- Establish project schedules and ensure follow-up with the various departments;
- Validate the profitability of projects in progress and manage the allocated budgets;
- Keep the production schedule up to date and ensure follow-up with the team and partners;
- Work in tandem with the Marketing Director, organize meetings and follow up on the development of mandates;
- Plan various outdoor events where Hooké products will be presented;
- Supervise the quality and performance of event projects and work to maximize the efficiency of the on-site team;
- Ensure good communication and coordination with partners and ambassadors during events.
Skills required:
- Demonstrate teamwork and leadership skills
- Manage established priorities and budgets well
- Be a self-starter and demonstrate initiative
- Flawless French and English bilingualism - spoken and written
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism or any training relevant to the position
- 2 to 5 years of experience, including at least 1 year in project management
- Experience in event management
- Very comfortable with collaborative tools and the Office suite
