If an item you purchased in the last 14 days at the Hooké store becomes discounted, we will refund the price difference, under certain conditions**

If an item you purchased in the last 14 days on HOOKE.CA becomes discounted, we will refund the price difference, under certain conditions**

At the Hooké store as well as on HOOKE.CA, Hooké does not commit to match the price of a discounted item offered by one of its retailers. If you find an item that you paid full price for at the Hooké Store or on HOOKE.CA on sale at one of our retailers, you can return the product to us, unworn, with a label, within 30 days following the purchase. We will refund the purchased value of your product. 

If you have purchased an item from one of our retailers, either in-store or online, please consult their own price adjustment policy.

**CONDITIONS :

  • Our price adjustment policy is not valid during the following promotional periods: " Black Friday", "Black Friday Weekend", "Cyber Monday", "Boxing Day" and "Monthly Bundle". Price adjustments do not apply to promotions lasting less than 10 days. Names and discount periods are subject to change without notice.
  • The price adjustment policy only applies if the item is identical to the one on sale (model, year, colour, size, etc.)
  • The policy cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotion, special offer or coupon. 
  • Final sale purchases of 40% or more are not refundable, exchangeable or included in the pricing policy. 
  • In the event of a refund following a purchase made online within the last 30 days, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The customer can benefit from a free return by coming to the Hooké store.
