When will my order ship?
We try our best to ship your order the day you have ordered on normal business days.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Typical transit time is between 2-7 business
days for Canada orders and 4-7 business days for US orders. During busy
periods, such as the Holiday season, delays may be slightly longer. Orders are
shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday).
Do you offer express shipping?
We do! You will have the option to select express shipping at checkout at an additional cost.
My tracking number isn't working.
Sometimes it can take up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after an order has shipped. If 72 hours have passed and you still do not see tracking updates, it's possible our system assigned the incorrect carrier link to your tracking number. Just write to us at email@example.com if it happens.
Returns & refunds
What is your Holiday return policy?
For Holiday purchases, we will gladly make size exchanges if we have the desired size in stock. If the usual 30 business days delay for returns and exchanges is likely to be exceeded, we won’t be offering refunds but we’ll offer you a gift card of the same value if we cannot find an alternate to the desired product. This policy do not apply to final sale discount.
My item arrived damaged, how can you help me?
We are so sorry you received a damaged item! Our customer care team would be happy to assist you with a solution within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unworn, with the hang tags attached. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
1. Your order number
2. A photo of the damage
3. A photo of the front of the item for identification

Concerned about the quality of the products we offer and the satisfaction of our customers, we offer a 30-day return policy and a limited lifetime warranty. Can I return items purchased from a retailer?
We can only accept returns of products that were purchased on our website. If you purchased your hooké product from a store, then you'll need to arrange your return with that retailer. If you have any other questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'd be happy to help you!
My promotional code is not working, why is that?
Discount code only apply to Hooké clothing at regular price and cannot be combine with another promotion. The discount code will not apply to fishing gear and camping gear. If you think that your code should work with the items in your cart, write to us email@example.com we can have a look.
I want to use two or more gift cards on my purchase, how can I do that?
You cannot apply more than one gift card to a purchase. However, we can combine the gift cards for you. To do so, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you use organic or recycled fabric?
We are doing everything we can to make sure most of the items are made of organic cotton as well as recycled polyester.
Where are your clothes made?
Our clothing is manufactured in Asia by a small family business. We ask local artists as well as local fishing and hunting guides to make sure that the clothes respond to the need and quality expected.
