Marie-Soleil is a passionate nature lover, with a growing interest in learning about flora and fauna. Between wild gathering and her catering service, Socca Cuisine, she thrives on exploring and discovering the natural world around her. A fly fishing enthusiast, and more recently a small game hunter, she shares her interests with those wishing to take up foraging. For her, spending time in nature is truly a form of therapy, where she can create unique bonds and unforgettable experiences at every turn.
Club Hosanna Inc. Outfitter
Club Hosanna Inc. outfitter is a family business founded in 1936 by Mr. Hosanna Cournoyer. He passed it on to his son and then to his grandson. Michel Béland acquired the company in 1989 and has invested over 20 years in making it the prosperous enterprise it is today. In December 2017, Max Béland, his son, took over the reins of the company on his own, paving the way for the 3rd generation, who, while still young, love to lend a hand!
