What is the return policy?
we offer a 30-day return policy and a limited lifetime warranty. In the event of a refund of your fleece, we ask that you return the beanie at the same time. The regular price of the beanie ($39.99 + tax) will be charged if you fail to return it.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping for all orders over 149 $. You also have the option to pick up your order at our Hooké store. Typical transit time is between 2-7 business days for Canada and 4-7 business days for the United States. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday).
