Ingredients
- 1.5 oz of Canopée Hooké Gin
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz of maple syrup
- Spruce beer
Decoration
- Cedar or rosemary sprig and a dehydrated lemon citrus
Preparation
- Include all ingredients in a shaker, except for the spruce beer.
- Add ice cubes and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes.
- Thin with the spruce beer and mix with a spoon.
- Garnish with a sprig of cedar or rosemary.
Optional: 1-2 drops of forest bitters
