Perfect for warming up during an afternoon of lumbering or drinking around the fire, this warm drink highlights the full flavour of Quebec products. One of a thousand ways to drink the special edition Hooké x Canopée gin from the Distillerie Mariana.

For Labrador tea, it is recommended to consume one cup per day. Gin is another matter!

Ingredients
For 4 servings (1 serving is equivalent to a 414mL YETI rambler mug) 

1.5 litre of water
20 Labrador tea leaves, 5 per mug
20 juniper berries, 5 per mug
4 ounces of Hooké x Canopée gin, 1 ounce per mug
4 ounces of maple syrup, 1 ounce per mug

Preparation
  1. In a kettle or pot, bring the water to 90-95 degrees maximum. Ideally, the water should not boil. 
  1. In your YETI ramblers add the Labrador tea leaves, juniper berries, maple syrup and gin. Put the lid back on your rambler and let it infuse for about 5 minutes. 
  1. Remove the leaves and berries and enjoy.
