In the course of his work, Jean-Philippe Leclerc has had the opportunity to visit farms and slaughterhouses on several occasions. He then had a great questioning of his diet and his consumption of meat, so much so that he thought of becoming a vegetarian. His ethical questioning about food led him to take hunting courses to have food autonomy.
Coming from a family that doesn't hunt, he had to find his own way and surround himself with people with whom he now shares this passion. Today, he has the chance and the opportunity to consume the best organic meat there is: An animal whose main quest is to feed itself and face a harsh and austere environment.
