Located in the heart of a valley, this area is known for clear water rivers, but also for the size of it’s brown and rainbow trout. We met Sean, who guided us during our trip and with whom we explored the farthest regions of Poronui. It was a surreal experience, but the best way to get to the river is still by helicopter.
