After several hours of surveying the vast territory of the Lac-Brûlé sector of the Réserve Faunique des Laurentides, it was time for Fred and Jean-Philippe to put down their canoe and prepare a good trout dinner. In just a few steps, Jean-Philippe built a stand with a branch and what he had on hand to cook the trout on the fire. His technique is really efficient, we enjoyed it.
