A successful launch for Aventures et cuisine sauvage

A successful launch for Aventures et cuisine sauvage

Last Friday, November 10, we had the pleasure of celebrating the launch of our very first book, Aventures et cuisine sauvage, published by KO Éditions. We took the opportunity to gather with family, friends and collaborators to celebrate the book's release. It was an evening filled with emotion and pride for our co-founder Fred Campbell, but also for Jean-Philippe Leclerc, the author behind the book's 25 recipes. Here are a few shots taken at the launch, which took place at the Maison pour la danse in Quebec City.

Special thanks to our friends at KO, Mélanie Roy, Sophie Héroux-Grenier, Marie-Michèle Leduc, Gaby Beaudoin, Chantal Durand, Claudia Tremblay and all the others who contributed to the ideation, writing and production of this book.

It's also crucial for us to underline the exceptional work done in-house by our team. Mathieu Courchesne, for art direction, Étienne Turmel for content production, Juliette Larocque and Nathan Plamondon photo creation, and all the rest of the team who pitched in for promotion and marketing.

Since its official launch last week, our book, "Aventures et cuisine sauvage", has been greeted with exceptional enthusiasm by booksellers across Quebec, with the book even receiving the prestigious "Coup de cœur Renaud Bray" seal of approval.

The positive feedback also extends to media coverage of the book. Fred had the privilege of participating in various radio interviews, offering enriching perspectives on the adventures and inspirations that fueled the creation of our book. These exchanges further shared the spirit and vision behind "Aventures et cuisine sauvage".

Below, you'll find a compilation of links to various articles, radio interviews, and other communications related to our book. We're grateful to everyone who helped make this launch a success, and look forward to seeing the reaction of our community.
