When we travel we have the chance to meet with a lot of people this time we meet with two amazing Chefs which have a unique way of connecting to nature when they cook. Meet Paul Templeton, a Chef for Atlantic rivers who owns two remote camps in Labrador, and Jeremy Charles, a world-renowned chef and restaurant owner in St John’s. Both have a strong connection to fly fishing and a strong penchant for using only the freshest, most vibrant and authentic ingredients from local purveyors.
