Places we’ve been – Pitt River

Pitt River Lodge is nestled at the north end of British Columbia’s spectacular Pitt Lake, the largest freshwater tidal lake in North America. Far from the maddening crowd, this isolated and remote location is surrounded by the forests of three parks, Garibaldi, Golden Ears and Pine Cone Burke. The Pacific Coastal Mountain Range isolates and protects all that live in this secluded valley bottom and their location beside this glacier-fed river enables them to be the closest true wilderness fishing lodge in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
