When we travel we have the chance to meet with a lot of people this time we meet with two amazing Chefs which have a unique way of connecting to nature when they cook. Meet Paul Templeton a Chef for Atlantic rivers which own two remote camps in Labrador and Jeremy Charles a world-renowned chef and restaurant owner in St John’s. Both have a strong connection to fly fishing and a strong penchant for using only the freshest, most vibrant and authentic ingredients from local purveyors.
