– Creation and implementation of a collection framework that is well balanced in terms of product content, pricing structure and takes into account all market and brand requirements;

– Analyze historical sales data, identify key indicators that can be used as a base for a successful collection strategy;

– Sales forecasting in collaboration with sales team to ensure profitability is met;

– Ensure that all productions are delivered on time and meet company quality standards;

– Manage the production budget with our manufacture’s and designer’s;

– Lead the production and make sure the production meets brand expectations;

– Lead a team of designers;

– Ensure Brand initiatives are consistent with agreed upon goals, priorities and strategies;

– Create and implement a sales and distribution strategy to expand in new markets (Canada, USA, Europe, South America etc);

– Help manage a team of reps with our sales manager;

– Participate in the elaboration of marketing strategies and promotion to put every collection to market;

– Participate in brand experience and merchandizing for our retailers;

– Participate in our events to understand our market and who we are dealing with.


– University Degree and 5 years of experience in a similar position

– High-level of expertise in production management

– Analytical skills and attention to detail

– An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers’ wishes

– Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas

– Team working skills

– Ability to lead a team and manage important decisions on a daily basis

– The ability to manage and allocate budgets

– Written and verbal communication skills

– Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time

– An ability to think strategically

– Passion for the brand and understanding the fishing and hunting industry

– Bilingual (French & English)
