ORDER STATUS

From Monday to Friday, orders confirmed before 12 p.m. Eastern time are dispatched on that day. Orders confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays will be processed on the following business day. After receiving your shipping confirmation email, please allow up to 1 business day for your tracking information to update with our transportation partner.

SHIPPING POLICY

Hooké offers Canada and United States shipping with Canada Post (USPS). Typical transit time is between 2-7 business days for Canada and 4-7 business days for the United States. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). Expect your package to be shipped out in the next 2 business days following the day you place an order. Should the delay be longer, we will contact you to let you know. Free shipping for all orders over $ 100 within Canada. This offer is also valid for delivery to the United States for all orders over $ 150. Only $10 for all other orders less than $ 100 in Canada and $ 20 flat rate for shipping to the United States. You also have the option to pick up your order at our Hooké store. This option is offered free of charge and customer service will contact you as soon as your order is ready to be pick up. Regarding international shipping, typical transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally items can experience custom delays of several weeks. The international shipping costs will be calculated according to weight, sizes and destinations. International orders may be subjected to taxes or customs duties. Please note that fees associated with purchases come within the responsibility of the customer at all times.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return any unused product for exchange only within 7 days from the time you receive your order. Customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred during your order. Only products in unused condition will be accepted for return and exchange. Returns will be credited to the original method of payment. The refund should appear in your bank account within the following 5-10 business days. For returns and exchanges, please fill out Return Form and return your unwanted items to the following address:
